A very rare sample of the PIII Xeon. First, it uses a clock frequency of 650 MHz. No Xeon were ever released at this clock frequency. Then, this samples includes 2M of L2 cache, but it is built on 2.8V powered cartridge, while the firsts 2M Xeon built on a 0.18µm process used a 5V/12V power style. This sample was built in December 1999 and the first 700 MHz 2M Xeon was launched in mid-2000.
